I think good communication is an asset. I ship all my sold books same or next day. If your book has not arrived by a certain date, just contact me. We live is a small town and occasionally the small town post office can take their good ole time processing your book (s) ... but in 10 years they've never lost one.
If your book arrives and there is something wrong with it, or it is not as described, I'll cheerfully refund you. I pride my self in an accurate listing, but atlas, I am only human. I may miss "a small speck" to page 198 of your book....lol. Which surely isn't intentional.

It is our sincere hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and the service which was provided to you and will avail yourself of our expertise again in the future. I hope that each one of my buyers will return to buy from us again.
We pack all our books in sturdy boxes (regardless of price,) and we place all our books in a sealed bag to prevent any outside elements getting in, I.E. Rain etc., we place packing material along the sides of box + all books have tracking placed on them. Please bid & buy with confidence - because WE AIM TO PLEASE.
